No Refunds
Hotlist.in does not offer refunds for payments made towards business listings, subscriptions, promotional services, or other paid services. This applies whether the listing has been published, is awaiting verification, or has been rejected due to incomplete, inaccurate, or ineligible information supplied by the applicant, subject to applicable law.
Please ensure that you understand the selected plan and its terms before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You may contact Hotlist.in to request the cancellation of a listing or paid service. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount paid.
Any request to discontinue a service will be handled in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Cancellation does not automatically terminate any obligations already incurred.
Business Listing Approval
All business listings are subject to the applicable submission and verification requirements. Payment does not guarantee approval or publication.
Applicants are responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and genuine business information. Payments will not be refunded if a listing cannot be approved because the submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or does not meet our requirements, subject to applicable law.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you believe that a payment has been debited more than once or a transaction has failed despite a debit, please contact our team with the payment date, amount, and transaction reference.
We will review the transaction and assist with the necessary payment-status checks. Any correction or reversal required by the payment provider, bank, or applicable law will be handled accordingly.
